Adult Evening Clinics

Program Registration Opens February 1st 2026!

Join us at Kew Gardens for our Adult Evening Clinics, designed to follow a player development pathway for the skill levels listed below. Clinics are prioritized for members, but non-members may register if spaces remain available 10 days prior to the start of each clinic.

Clinic Levels

Advanced Beginner (2.0–2.5)
Intermediate (3.0–3.5)
Advanced Intermediate (3.75+)

Important: Ensure you register for the correct skill level to maintain the quality and experience for all participants. If you're unsure of your level, refer to our Rating Self-Assessment Guide.

Important Policies for Cancellations and Changes

We want your experience to be smooth, so please review the following guidelines:

Cancellations:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email headpro@kewgardenstennis.ca.
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the first day of the session, minus a $10 administrative fee. Kew Credits are also available providing they are also made 2 weeks before the first day of the session. Credits bare no adminitrative cost.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the 2 weeks leading up to the first day of the session.
Refunds:
- Medical refunds require a doctor’s certificate and are only available before the program begins. Once the program starts, no refunds will be issued.
- Pro-rated refunds are not offered for missed days or unused services. Full session fees apply once a child is registered and attends any part of the program.

Rain Policy

Please review the rain policy before registering:

Each program includes one rain make-up date.
If more than one session is canceled due to rain, no additional make-up dates or refunds will be offered.
If half the time of a session is completed before rain interruption, the session will be considered complete, and no make-up will be scheduled.

The Spring Tune-Up Clinic is designed to kickstart your game and shake off the winter rust! This one-time, 1.5-hour session is perfect for players eager to warm up their skills, refine their strokes, and regain their rhythm after a long, cold season. Whether you're a seasoned player or just getting back into the swing of things, you'll enjoy focused instruction, plenty of practice volume, and the chance to connect with fellow memebers. Join us to elevate your game and meet new friends and reconnect with old ones, as you gear up for an exciting season ahead!
