ADULT WEEKDAY MORNING CLINICS 

At Kew Gardens, our Weekday Morning Adult Clinics follow a player development pathway that cater to the levels seen below.  

CLINIC LEVELS:

• Advanced Beginner (2.0-2.5)

• Iintermediate (3.0-3.5)

• Advanced Intermediate (3.75)

CLINIC DETAILS:

• 55 minutes in length 
• 4 weeks 
• Capacity: 4:1 Ratio
• Cost: $133 (plus HST)
• Drop in: $40 (contact headpro@kewgardenstennis.ca to find out if there is space available)

PLEASE NOTE: Before registering for clinics, ensure that you are playing at the correct level as this will impact the quality and experience of the clinic for others in the group.

RATING SELF ASSESSMENT GUIDE

RAIN POLICY (PLEASE READ POLICY BEFORE REGISTERING):

• Each program has a rain make-up date.
• If more than one class is cancelled due to rain, there are no additional make-up dates and no refunds for that class will be issued.
• If 30 minutes or more of the class has been completed prior to any rain, then that will count as a session and accordingly, there will be no rain make-up for that session/class.

CARDIO TENNIS (3.0 - 3.75)

A high energy tennis clinic that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate workout. Fast-paced feeding drills provide a lot of volume hitting different strokes that keep you moving continuously. It is a social and fun class for players of varying abilities.

*NEW* LIVE BALL

This new 1.5 or 2 hour clinic offers players an opportunity to play and compete in a high-volume, ‘live ball’ setting that is widely accepted as a proven method towards improving tactical and situational awareness, problem solving and perception/reception skill sets. This game-based clinic puts a focus on doubles play and fast transitions from defence to offence.

Improve your skills in all areas of the game. Learn and develop skill-level appropriate technical and tactical skills, through hands-on instructional feedback and high volume drills!
